How does the 28 Day Total Body Clean Up Challenge done for you program work?
 A:   Great Question! When you purchase the program it is your one stop shop to creating a 28 Day group nutrition & healthy habits challenge. We will provide you with everything you need to run an interactive, in person 4 week challenge with your clients showing you EXACTLY what to teach, communicate and follow up on each day during the 28 Days. When you get the program, the first thing you will do is read your Step By Step Getting Started Guide as this will be your guide for the 4 weeks.
How does the 28 Day Challenge work?
 A:   Another reat Question!  It is a 28 Day Challenge that is broken down into 4 weekly nutrition & healthy habits.  The purpose of this challenge is to challenge participants to ditch some unhealthy nutrition habits to kickstart a healthier, more fab lifestyle (and to keep you on track for great results!)

Each weeks habit builds on the previous weeks’ habits. Example:

Week 1, we focus ONLY on Habit 1
Week 2, we introduce habit 2 and focus on continuing Habit 1 and doing Habit 2
Week 3, we introduce habit 3 and focus on continuing Habit 1 & Habit 2 and doing Habit 3
Week 4, we introduce habit 4 and focus on continuing Habit 1, 2 & 3 plus doing Habit 4

As their Total Body Clean Up coach, you will be motivating them throughout the challenge everyday with the material provided. Your participants will use the tracking sheet provided to mark their progress. If they complete the habits on that day, put an X in the box.
